As e.near’s QA Engineer, you will:
Define, monitor and continuously adapt test strategies and test plans suitable for the assigned product modules.
Analyze, check and assess requirements specifications and solution proposals with regard to testability.
Coordinate and execute test activities within the assigned development team, as well as in coordination with other development teams.
Establish and improve test methods, tools and processes continuously.
Support product development at all levels regarding product quality.
Define, implement, document, maintain and execute test cases based on Requirement Specifications, Support Cases or AMOS experience.
Define and create test data.
Monitor and track test results.
Identify, analyze, describe, prioritize, evaluate and monitor Support Cases.
Provide functional reference on AMOS or a specific Test field (automation, performance, etc.) to the other Test Engineers.
Assist the Team Leader Quality Control in resolving internal and cross-departmental issues.
Lead projects internally with the Quality Control team (enhancing tools, processes and methods used by the department).
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
5+ years experience in software testing, including knowledge of testing processes, methodologies and tools in an ERP systems environment similar to AMOS (breadth and depth of the functional scope).
Experience in autonomously managing small projects including requirements gathering, scope definition, definition and management of activates and monitoring and control of the execution.
Expert AMOS experience with proven depth and breadth of the functional knowledge or previous expert software testing experience in a senior test engineer role.
Good fluency in English (both written and spoken)
