In a study conducted by Exame this November — in association with Everis —, e.Near was selected among thousands as one of the best companies to work for. This study focused on dozens of indicators, to select the best workplaces in Portugal.
According to CEO Nuno Melo, having been selected as one of the top 100 in Portugal is a clear indicator of the excellence-driven approach e.Near employs.
One of the key aspects is that all employees enjoy top working conditions to do their job, plus a continued investment in training and career development. Employee satisfaction towards the company registered at 85.6% according to the study, above the 79.5% average among the top 100 companies.
Very high scores were achieved in indicators such as commitment and engagement, trust in management, working conditions, internal communication, business ethics, wages, performance evaluation and feedback, career and professional development, leadership and work-life balance.
“If you look at our employee profiles it’s clear they are extremely demanding people (with themselves and their surroundings), so having such high scores is extremely important to the success of the company”, Nuno Melo concludes.
e.Near management also thanks its clients, without whom none of this would be possible.
“We were lucky to have extraordinary international clients, with whom we maintain much stronger ties than most supplier-client relationships; you could say we have forged true partnerships.”
